This week we took on two of the biggest benchmarks we have. Both of which we haven’t done for a long time in the facility. Fran and CrossFit Total.
One was all about intensity, moving what should have felt like light weights, fast. The other was all about lifting heavy. Two totally different workouts, both equally taxing on the body, just in different ways.
This is where recovery comes into play. Recovery is important. Just as important as training. Eating lots of good food, drinking lots of water, getting good quality sleep and taking rest days are all huge in recovering well.

8 Alt DB Hang Clean and Jerk
AMRAP Burpees over DB for Remaining time
