This Saturday, we’re changing it up a little. Instead of a partner WOD, we’re going to do a WOD that will honour 19 year old Devyn Gale who lost her life in July while fighting the forest fires in Revelstoke BC. If you have a backpack, please bring it for this workout. The workout calls for a 50/35lb weighted backpack for one of the movements.
Also a reminder that on Monday we will be closed.
No classes for the holiday Monday. Take your fitness and use it outside.
