“Now that the @crossfitgames are over, here is a reminder that 99% of athletes doing CrossFit don't need more volume, RX+ loading, or a competitors' program.

You need to take class consistently, adjust workouts accordingly so that you hit the stimulus, prioritize quality sleep and nutrition, and listen to your coach.
