The Workouts

For those of you that are planning to come and cheer on the athletes competing in the quarterfinals.

Jordan, Britt, Cedric, Sarah, and Andrew

Workout 1 will be done Friday, athletes will arrive and warm up at 10:30am so will hit the workout around 11am.

Workout 2 will be done Friday afternoon, athletes will arrive and warm up at 1pm and will get ready to hit the workout around 1:30pm.

Workout 3 will be done on Saturday morning, athletes will arrive for 10:30am to warm up and hit the workout, and we’ll take a break and regroup for workout 4 on Saturday afternoon at 1pm.

Coach Steph has decided not to do the quarterfinals this year, and instead will focus on being a judge and a coach for athletes through the workouts. Ana and Martha have also opted to not participate in the quarterfinals workouts, and Scott is away at training for his career in FireFighting.

The 5 athletes who are competing would love some support and encouragement through these workouts, so please feel free to pop in to cheer them on.

Death by Strict Pull Ups

Increase by 1 rep every min to the 10 min mark

* If eliminated 3 negative lowers every min.
