Quarterfinals

Rough plan. We’ve just seen the workouts, and have had only a few mins to chat between the Pre-Teen/Teen class and the adult class, we know many of you have asked about coming to spectate the quarterfinals workouts. The rough plan right now is two workouts on Friday, 10:30am and 1pm, and two workouts on Saturday, 10am and most likely 1pm again.

We will try and lay things out a little better on tomorrow nights blog, and share updates on social media for those of you who would like to come cheer on the athletes competing.

12 T2B
24 Cals
