Some of you have done this workout before. Some of you are about to discover what lactic acid feels like.
This is a workout where you are putting the pedal down and just going hard.
This workout is done in heats, so you will have the chance to watch your fellow athletes, and there will be time after you go, to recover. Use it.
Lay on the floor, collect yourself, roll out, flush your legs. Use the time to recover your body. Trust us, you're going to want too.
Also make sure you fuel your body and hydrate your body (get in your sodium).
The workout is going to hurt, it’s called Acid Bath for a reason. But it’s only temporary, and you can do hard things. Dig in. Get after it.
