CrossFit Indestri Welcome's Kevin!
Kevin comes from the ski world! Kevin began his fundamental journey with us at our old facility on Stewart Rd.
He then went on a ski trip where he and his wife ski'd for 9 days. When he came back, he said that his conditioning
just from the few fundamental sessions before he left helped him tremendously. Kevin is a constant member already keeping up with
his conditioning so that he can continue to enjoy the things that he love to do.
He is a regular in the evening classes.
