CrossFit Indestri Welcomes Rene
CrossFit Indestri Welcome's Rene!
Rene comes to us from the Agnora factory which is located in our building.
Rene finished his fundamentals and immediately began attending the Calisthenics and Kettlebell class taught by Scott.
The individuals in the kettle bell class tell me the class is more difficult then the WODs, Rene says "it's not to bad".
When you see Rene in class please welcome him and introduce yourself.
