October

Today, October 31st, is Halloween.  So come dressed in a Halloween Costume, or black + orange for the workout!**Please note that there is NO pre-teen class at 4:30pm today!

November

Friday, November 2nd - The WODAPALOOZA Team online qualifier competition kicks off for anyone interested in registering!  Another fun block of workouts to try and qualify a team to head to Miami in Jan to compete.  Or just another fun block of workouts to do, regardless of whether you want to head to Miami, it's a fun community event!Saturday, November 10th - Cupping Workshop 101.  ACUFX's Jenn Redding will be hosting a workshop on Cupping at CF Indestri from 10:30am-12:30pm.  Cost to attend is $65. per person, which includes 2 hours of incredible knowledge on cupping and attending to aches, pains and post WOD recovery using silicone cups, which you will also get to keep!  Open to both members and non members.Monday, November 5th - Sunday, November 11th - A tribute week to fallen service members.  Leading up to Remembrance Day on Sunday we will be hitting multiple Hero WOD's.  Watch for Hero WOD's on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and of course Sunday.Sunday, November 11th - Remembrance Day.Saturday, November 17th - Tis the holiday season in Collingwood.  Kicking off with 365 Sports Events, Ho Ho Holiday 5K, which we will be hosting CrossFit Indestri's Winter Warm Up Land + WOD Shop at.  Register today to run the 5k, and join us in the warm up + WOD area.  Then later in the evening at 5pm join us on our CrossFit Indestri Float in the Annual Town Santa Claus Parade!  It's our 2nd year having a float in the parade.

Friday, December 7th - Is our annual CrossFit Indestri Holiday Party (for adults) held at the Blue Mountain Golf + Country Club.  Information about ticket cost, and the date tickets will go on sale will be announced very soon!  Stay Tuned!More December Dates coming…..  Including our hours during the Holidays.
