It's November already! We have a number of things happening at the gym in the next couple months.Saturday, November 11th - Remembrance Day Saturday, November 18th - The Santa Claus Parade (Which we will be entering a float in for the first time!) More details on it's own blog, but we'll be looking for some of you guys to join us in CrossFit Indestri's version of Santa's WODshop, complete with lots of good little WOD elves.Tuesday, November 21st - Nutrition Talk with Sarah. The 6:30pm class will be cancelled for the 21st, as the talk will begin at 6:30pm. Thank you for your understanding.
Friday, December 8th - Our annual CrossFit Indestri Holiday Party at the Blue Mountain Golf Course at 7pm (adult only party) *Tickets for the party are the same as last year, $45. each which includes dinner & desert. We'll also have cabs available to get your home safely.**Please note that Tickets for the CrossFit Indestri Holiday party will be available for purchase at the gym this week.
