Endurance

For those who are interested in adding a little extra endurance to your training, we're bringing back CrossFit Indestri Track Nite for the 3rd summer.  In 2016 this began as a fun way for a group of people to hold each other accountable to some extra endurance once a week.  Coach Steph was heading to the CCI track & the town pool for swimming and opened it up to anyone to join her, and has continued each year since.Track Nite is open to anyone to join us.  We meet at the CCI track on Wednesday Nights at 7pm.  There is a program for each track nite that gets posted on our Indestri Endurance FB page.  This is a closed page for members only, if you're not part of the page but would like to be, let us know.  Please note this isn't coached like a class, Coach Steph is training along side us.  A warm up is given and the program, but it's about training together!   If you have a friend or a spouse that wants to come out too, but isn't a member, that is totally fine.  This is also just running, we've been asked a few times, track nite does not involve any equipment!The first Track Nite of 2018 kicks off tonight!  Wednesday, May 30th.  We'll see you at CCI at 7pm!

Level 2:

3RFT100 DU Mix15 Dumbbell Hang Cleans 35/2020 Dumbbell box step up and over 16".

Level 1:

3RFT100 Singles15 Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans20 Dumbbell box step up and over 12".
