THE 12 TESTS
It's that time of year again, we will start doing the 12 tests of fitness.
The 12 Tests, aka, the Linchpin Dirty Dozen, were created by Pat Sherwood as a way for athletes and coaches to measure progress and expose weaknesses. They cover a broad range of movements, loading's, repetition ranges, and time domains. I love these tests as they are difficult but if you have done them before they are a great way for us to measure and if this is your first time through these are a great way to see where you stand. As most know i am a big fan of Sherwood and his workouts. He has been in CrossFit since the beginning and programs that way. Old School :)
