Summer Schedule

There will be a few times throughout the summer when our schedule will be slightly altered. We have a couple of events happening at the gym, with UG Series + the WheelWOD Games, CrossFit Adaptive Training Seminar. As well as some changes to open gym during the week of the CrossFit Games.

All these changes will be made on zenplanner + you will be notified as well, but this is one of the reasons it’s important to sign in on zenplanner, even for open gym!

We’re also looking at combining the Varsity Teen + Pre-Teen classes for the summer, but will keep you posted on that.
