New Class Look
We hope you've been enjoying some of the virtual classes so far.Coach Steph + Jen did a virtual CrossFit Kids class on Monday evening, + set the class so that everyone in the class could not only see the coach + each other, but so that we could see everyone doing the class with us. It was so much fun. ( We're doing two more this week, Wednesday at 10:45am + Thursday at 9:30am, you need a code for the kids, but not a password. We'll post the code on social media, or parents can sign in to get the email.)For the first few days of Virtual Adult classes, the classes have been set so you can see the coach only, this is mainly because if too many people enter a class it will become difficult to see the coaches. However, we're going to give this a go for the adults classes too. Beginning Wednesday morning the adults classes will be able to see the coach, each other + best of all the coach will be able to see you! ((There is an option to not have your video activated, so the coach would see a black screen with your name on it if you don't want to be seen.)) Just keep in mind the coach wants to see you, to coach you through movement!Also please note that when you enter the class your video will automatically be muted. Please leave it muted unless the coach asks otherwise. Any sound made in your house will take over the main coaching screen, so we need to keep everyone other than the coaches muted.If viewing from a mobile device, you will have a few swipe screens, the first screen should be just the coach, and every screen (swiping right) after should have multiple people on it, so you can choose to stay on the first screen + just see the coaches.In doing this, we will have to reduce our class sizes for each virtual class slightly, + if classes are getting busy, we can always add more class times! You will continue to reserve a spot on zenplanner + be sent an automated email with the codes for the classes.We've also added a few more 'specialty' classes, mobility + yoga, more kids classes, etc.If you're looking at the class schedule on zenplanner + you're unable to sign in to the class, it just means that a Meeting ID for that class is being generated, as soon as it's generated, you will be able to sign in for the class.We so look forward to seeing all of your faces tomorrow in the classes!!
