AMRAP 2 rest 1 x 45 Scap push ups10 tempo push ups - Tempo is 5 seconds down, 3 second hold bottom, 5 seconds up, 3 seconds hold topScale to box or knee push up 

WOD:

50 DU or 75-100 singles10 odd object push presses10 toes to kb or wall

If you have no equipment;
