Varsity + Pre-Teen
Our varsity + pre-teen classes take place on Monday, Wednesday + Fridays from 3:30-4:30pm + 4:30-5:30pm.
We love watching these kids develop body awareness, expand skills, + more importantly develop a healthy relationship with fitness!
During the kids classes we ask that adults stay out of the gym to give the kids their time in the gym. There are a number of reasons we don’t mix adults + teens / pre-teens in our facility.
Just know that while some children are completely fine interacting with adults, others are not, and find it very intimidating to have adults in and around them while they’re training.
Some also have a harder time focusing and that focus is lost by the sound of loud dropping barbells or assault bikes, etc. and the coach has a very hard time trying to regain their focus.
Our classes include children of all different athletic abilities + learning abilities. CrossFit training has proven to be a huge benefit for all abilities, both inside the gym, and carrying over into life outside the gym. We would kindly ask that you please keep this in mind should you be in training in the small gym side or should you arrive at the gym early for the 5:30pm class on Monday, Wednesday or Friday.
