Schedule Change
A change to the evening schedule to be aware of. As of next week. The Bootcamp that Shannon leads in the small gym on Monday + Wednesday evenings will be moving to Tuesday + Thursday evenings at 6:30pm.
What this means; there will be no open gym times on Tuesday + Thursday from 6:30pm until close. The small gym will be in use, and there is never open gym in the big gym area during a class time. The changes have already been made in zenplanner.
This also means that there is now the possibility of open gym training on Monday + Wednesday evenings as of the 13th. However nothing with the open gym policy has changed. We still ask that open gym time during class times be kept to skill work, lifting + mobility. That it not be intrusive to the class, etc. You can finding the open gym policy on our website if you would like to review.
Monday + Wednesday evening classes are some of our busier class times. We hope this change will work out well for everyone.
