Kids Summer Camp

Our CFI Kids Summer Camp is back for another week this coming July.  The camp is from 9am until 3pm for the week of July 9th - 13th, 2018.  Children ages 9 - 14 are able to attend the week long camp.Give your children an experience that fosters an outlook on fitness that is both functional and fun with our CrossFit Indestri Summer Camp with Coach Steph.Our one week long camp in July is for children to experience the fun of daily fitness.  Empowering children to stepoutside their comfort zones and try new skills and activities that will help improve their balance, flexibility, coordination & strength through play, focused skill sessions, and workouts. Kids will push, pull, throw, lift, jump,swing, climb, and run. Gaining an improved outlook on fitness that will help them in all other sports.
