We have a few things happening at the gym in the month of May. First we would like to welcome Coach Steph back after having baby Henderson on April 2nd, and being away from coaching for a month, she's back to coaching classes. A huge thank you to, Coaches Terrence, Brit, Neal, Nate, Sarah and Stouty, who all stepped in to help coach Steph's regular class times.Sat, May 12th - We'll be having a get together in the afternoon at CFI. Details soon, just save the date for now.Sun, May 13th - Lucas Parkers Barbell Cycling Workshop - SOLD OUT - No classes as gym will be closed for the workshop.Mon, May 21st - Victoria Day Weekend, WOD 'MURPH' - 9:30am WOD onlyWed, May 30th - First Endurance Track Nite of the season. CCI track, typically at 7pm. Open to anyone who wants to add in some extra endurance. More details on a bog post soon.We are also working on a date for a swim clinic at the Town pool. Stay tuned for details on that.
