We hope everyone had a wonderful New Years Eve and New Years Day, and that you’re ready for another great year of fun and fitness with us in 2024.

As always this week is still a busy one with the tail end of the Holiday Season vacation, and this year without any snow, it’s even busier without all the winter activities our area usually has to offer. So please ensure you get signed in to classes, and if you’re signed in and unable to attend, please ensure you sign out so that someone else can sign in to that spot, preferably as soon as you know you’re not able to attend please, so someone does have an opportunity to sign in.

If you happen to see new faces who have dropped in while in town, please also make them feel welcome.

We look forward to celebrating a wonderful New Year with you, and our 14th Year as CrossFit Indestri.

Focus:

Rowling 6 sets to 100m

If you go over 100 = 1 point for every metre over
Under 100m = automatic 5 points
Total points = shuttle runs

Do all the shuttle runs after all 6 sets of Rowling.

WOD:

20 min EMOM

5 Pull ups
10 Push ups
15 Air Squats

*scale to ensure 15 seconds rest each min.
