12 Days of CrossFit Christmas

It’s the most wonderful time of the year.....For those who have done 12 Days with us for the past few years, we’ve created a new 12 Days WOD this year!Reminder of how this workout goes, as the first few rounds are always a little confusing!  (Insert the melody to the 12 days of Christmas song as you read!)On the first day of Christmas my CrossFit Coach gave to me, 100m calories.....On the second day of Christmas my CrossFit Coach gave to me, 2 Jerks and 100m calories.....On the third day of Christmas my CrossFit Coach gave to me, 3 Hang Power Cleans, 2 Jerks and 100 calories....And so on.  You always start with highest number first and workout your way back to 100m calories.  The workout always seems to be moving along fairly quickly until you hit the numbers 6, 7 + 8!We encourage you to pull out your Red, White + Green apparel!Our Teens did the workout on Monday night;Tristin 29:14 @75lbs w/ HSPUGalen 35:26 @75lbsEmma 34:42 @55lbsHannah 39:10 @45lbsHappy 12 Days!  * We’ll be closing at 2pm*
