Half Murph

Murph is coming!  While it most likely looks like Victoria Day Long Weekend may be spent virtually this year, we're still planning on doing Murph.  So to gear up for it, this Saturday's Hero WOD will be a half Murph!  You'll have two options to join us virtually, 9am with Steph + Jen or 10am with CrossFit Watchtower.We'll be going through movement options for pull ups for those of us who don't have a pull up bar or rig at home.Murph is one of the Hero WOD's we honour at least once or sometimes twice a year, it's a WOD we look forward to.  We look forward to the facility being full of you guys, teaming up, on your own, etc.  We'll be updating you shortly on how the full version on Murph will look, in the meantime, Half Murph will be up in zenplanner shortly for you to sign in too.Check our our instagram page this week, for a few fun ways to win yourself one of our CrossFit Indestri patches to add to your weight vest for Murph.
