Yeah for Spring.Finally some weather that gives us hope that Spring is officially and finally here and that summer is just around the corner!With Spring also comes running outside, we're fine with outdoor shoes in the gym, but please try and avoid walking across the muddy wet grass and then coming into the gym please and thank you!  Get ready for running season….
