International Language
CrossFit has truly become an international language!
When your vocabulary includes words like WOD or AMRAP, you can be anywhere in the world, in locations where you struggle with the native dialect + yet inside the local CrossFit Affiliate everyone speaks the same language + it feels like home!
We love welcoming visiting CrossFitters from all over the world!
We have Michel in the gym this week who is in town visiting from Brazil, + will be joining us for the next 7 days! We have lots of drop ins to our facility from all over the world. Be sure to say hi and introduce yourself when you see new faces in the facility!
