Reminder that this long weekend we have regular gym hours on Saturday and Sunday.  Holiday Monday is a 9:30am class only.  As always during a long weekend, no class cap but please sign in!  If you have a weight vest and want to wear it, be sure to bring it!

Part A: Skill Work5x3 Jerk balance with PVC /Trainer or empty BarSplit Jerk Foot speed work.Part B:5x2 Jerk Drive ( Work to heavier than 1RM Split).Part C:10 mins 2 Find 1 RM Split Jerk ( use Rack).
