If Stouty hits the workout in your class today make sure he's sporting a weight vest!We will also be celebrating fitness with the start of our lil' kilos + big gainz, 12 week sessions!And adding to our day of celebration, today also marks CrossFit Indestri's 8th Anniversary!On September 13th, 2010, Scott Thornton opened the doors for the very first WOD at CFI, and 8 years later we celebrate the hundreds of lives that have been made better!We look forward to seeing all of you today to celebrate at CFI!
