Some upcoming dates to make note of;Friday, November 8th - (This Friday) is our final Friday Night Lights. The end of the 2020 CrossFit Open. We want all of you to come out, come hang out, cheer on your fellow members + enjoy some amazing charcuterie platters from Georgian Graze.Monday, November 11th - Remembrance Day - this means it’s Hero week! We’ll be doing Hero WOD on Monday, Wednesday + Friday to honour those who gave their lives in service.Saturday, November 16th - The Ho Ho Holiday 5k. We’ll be on site leading the warm up + have a WOD Shop area! Followed by the Collingwood Santa Claus Parade at 5pm. Please come join our parade float!Friday, December 6th - Our Annual CFI Holiday Party will take place at 7pm once again at the Blue Mountain Golf Club. Come Eat | Drink | Be Merry. Tickets will be on sale soon.Thursday, December 12th - SideLaunch Brewery is kicking off their 12 Days of Christmas with us. We’ll be hosting an hour WOD followed by a pint over at SideLaunch. More details on Barbells + Brews on next weeks blog. This is for anyone, CrossFitters or not! Tickets will be available soon!

WOD :
Perform 1 Squat Snatch on the minute for 20 minutes.
Rest 5 minutes then perform one set of overhead squats for max reps with the heaviest load you snatched.
