Hours for UG Weekend

As you know The UG Games is just around the corner!  Our hours for the weekend of UG will be slightly changed.  Everything is up to date in Zenplanner, so please check there as well.

Thursday, July 5th - The Gym will be closed from 1pm - 5pmas WheelWOD will kick off their first events at our facility.Will reopen for the 5:30pm & 6:30pm Classes….

Friday, July 6th - The Gym will be closed as of 1pm for the remainder of the day!

Saturday, July 7th - 7am Workout Only

Sunday, July 8th - 9:00am Mobility Only

We have many athletes competing and volunteering (including our coaches) at UG throughout the weekend, rather then close for the weekend, we've modified our hours, so those who aren't involved can still get in a workout.  However we would love to see every one of our members down at UG to cheer on our crew at some point through out the weekend!If you're still interested in lending a hand, please register to volunteer, as they can always use help!Regular Gym Hours will resume on Monday, July 9th.  However, please remember that we do have a few seminars and such going on at the gym throughout the summer, so please always check zenplanner and sign in for classes!https://youtu.be/EY5DyTX9VVo

Focus:

Stages of the pull up….then Thruster warm Up.

WOD: 20 Minutes

10 x 1-minute rounds of:3 Thrusters 185/1253 point shuttle sprintMax reps of chest-to-bar pull-ups or Scale up to Bar Muscle UpsRest 1 minutes between rounds.Score is Total Pull ups.

Level 2:

10 x 1-minute rounds of:3 Thrusters 135/953 point shuttle sprintMax reps of  pull-ups.

Level 1:

10 x 1-minute rounds of:3 Thrusters3 point shuttle sprintMax reps of Banded Pull Ups.
