12 Days of Christmas

As mentioned on Monday, our 12 Days of "CrossFit" Christmas is coming up on Friday, December 21st.   That means that today is our kick off….  Every weekday beginning today, until December 21st, we will be adding a new movement to complete our 12 Days of Christmas WOD.Done just like the song is sung…..On the first day of Christmas my CrossFit Coach gave to me ONE _Handstand push up…….You will need to do this movement prior to the buy in.One HSPU or variation ( its warm up)Tomorrow you will do;Two ___________One  ___________Monday you will do;Three ___________Two ___________One __________and so on…..The 12 days WOD is always one of our favourites of the year.  Enjoy…..**IF YOU HAVEN'T GOT YOUR HOLIDAY PARTY TICKET YET, PLEASE DO SO ASAP.  WE NEED TO GIVE THEM OUR NUMBERS!

5 Sets of: (no rest between sets)2 Min Row/bike or ski fast Pace (Goal  over 500m)30 secs slow pace.

THEN REST 3 MINUTES BETWEEN A&B
