12 Days

Our annual 12 Days of ‘CrossFit’ Christmas is coming up on Tuesday, December 24th, (Christmas Eve).  For those who haven’t done a 12 days before, the workout going like the song.On the first day of Christmas you will do 1 - blank,then on the second day of Christmas you do 2 - reps of a movement, follow by 1 - blank.  Etc....Here’s an example, however these are NOT the movements we will use for 12 days.On the first day of Christmas my coaches gave to me, 1 muscle up...On the second day of Christmas my coaches gave to me, 2 Air Squats + 1 Muscle up....On the third day of Christmas my coaches game to me, 3 Box Jumps, 2 Air Squats + 1 Muscle up.....and so on...  So you always start with the new movement added and work backwards to the 1 rep.Again, those movements above are not what are movements will actually be.  Just an example!  This is always a fun WOD, with busy classes!Also a reminder that there will not be any evening classes on the 24th.  The gym will be closing by 2pm for Christmas + will reopen on Boxing Day for 1 workout from Noon until 1pm.We’d love to see each of the 12 Days classes for 6am, 7am, 9:30am and Noon full!((A side note, as we’ve mentioned, we’re turning 10 in 2020 + are working on a project with one of our members, Brian Hunt.  Who you will see at the 6am classes.  You may also see him, or a member of his Hunt Visual Media team in the gym with camera in hand to capture some footage for a project we’re working on for our 10th anniversary!  If you’re in the gym during one of those times, you’ll be asked to sign a media release.**  Brian will most likely be capturing some footage from one of the 12 days classes. ))
