Bench Press 3-3-2-2-1 ( look for a heavy)Back Box Squat 5-5-5-5-5 Stay at 85-90 % the entire 5 setsWeight pull ups 2-2-2-2-2 Try to increase weight or maintain pulling standard.
Workout Of the Day:
30 Rounds For Time (30 Min CAP)
10 x Cals Row/Assault bike/SkiErg (rotate every round)1 x Heavy Keg/Stone or awkward heavy object carry.
