Flexibility of the Body & Mind

Do you look after yourself after your workouts? How far do you take it? There are a few free and low cost aids out there that can make your life easier. As CrossFitters we like to do WODs at high intensity but a lot of the times after we. just continue on with our day without the right recovery. A main reason I do CrossFit other than Community, is that it's coached and you are told what to do and when. So I use the same methods for recovery. I use ROM WOD to look after my flexibility and I use Headspace to help quiet my mind, recover and refresh for the next day. These are just some options that I use but you may find others that work for you. If you want to stay Fit for life you need to accept just working out an hour a day will not be enough and start to take recovery serious.
