BENCH PRESS5x5 @ 65% with 2 sec pause on chest.BACK SQUAT 3 sec PAUSE5x4 @ 65%.

WOD:

Complete every 90 seconds:

A. 17/14 Cal Row

B. 5 Push press 185/125 lb.

C. 24 Alt Lateral Med Ball Wall Tosses 20/14 lb.

*Every 90 seconds, complete one of the above exercises.  Alternate through until your have completed 5 rounds of each or 15 total rounds.
