Parade - Saturday, Nov 18th/17
Santa Claus Parade
The parade is tomorrow at 5pm and we're extremely excited to be entering a float for the first time!The parade "form up" area will be on Ste Marie street, between First and Third Street. We're unsure of exactly where we will be placed in the form up until we get there.If you can meet us there between 4:15pm and 4:30pm to get ready, the parade will being at 5pm.
We will be walking alongside the float (small children on the float) and at parade stops we will show everyone just how Santa keeps his Elves fit for the holiday season. With certain movement directed by Coach Steph, ie) 10 squats, lunges, snatching a pvc pipe, etc. We will also have a few sleds stacked with "presents" for people to pull and the plan is to take one of our mid size tires to flip behind the float.Please park elsewhere and walk over to Ste Marie St.If you have a elf hat please wear one. The dollar store by Winners has some as well, we should have a few extra. Please DO NOT wear anything SANTA related, this is asked by the parade committee. NO ONE can dress as Santa!Thanks so much guys. We're excited!!We would still welcome any other members who want to join us as well. The more the merrier!
