Rob McAleer - New to Town, Not new to Athletics

Rob McAleer is coming from the U.S. of A, and recently moved back up north where he originally hailed from. I finally convinced Rob to come in and give it a whirl as he was a varsity basketball player for the University of Western Ontario. Go STANGS! This competitive nature came out and as an athlete he was easily able to pick up the movements. Rob is a real estate agent, and over our many discussions, I've found him to be super helpful and thoughtful, so I'm sure he'd be a great agent to have.  On one of our last workouts, I got Mike and Graham to jump in and give him a little bit of what a WOD at Indestri would be like while there are other people there. We all know that we tend to push harder in a group atmosphere as we get competitive and feed off of the energy of those around us. As we look forward to moving into the new facility at the glass plant, perhaps there may be even a basketball net to shoot some hoops around before and after hitting the workout!
