Victoria Day, which means it’s also our annual Murph workout.
While Murph will be slightly different this year, being virtual from our homes, we still wanted to find a way to get together to do it. We did a test run of half Murph virtually a few weeks ago and had a group of you join us.
On Monday we’ll be running one class at 9am to hit Murph. Join us virtually on zoom. ( The two gyms in the US will be running one other class each which is on schedule, so for those who don’t want to do Murph, you can log in to noon or 3:30pm for a different workout.)
We hope to see lots of you on zoom virtually tomorrow morning.
(( Just a quick note, that zoom as a whole was having a few issues with the business accounts this morning, it wasn’t just us. If this overall issue isn’t solved by tomorrow morning, we will go live on our social media, but we’re hoping zoom sorts it out. As we would much rather have the option to see all of you as well. ))
