Hot Yoga

It was a first time for many of us doing Hot Yoga,  this afternoon.  We had a amazing class + hope that everyone who came out for our CFI hour this afternoon enjoyed the class as well.We’re considering doing a CFI booking once a month on Sunday’s at 4pm if there’s interest, let us know, + we’ll set up a time for another class.With the size of the space, there is room for 12 people per class, depending on the level of interest it would be based on a first come first serve bases.If you haven’t been over to Cedar + Sage yet, head over to meet Jessica + Deanna, check out the space + the float tanks!You can also visit the Cedar + Sage website to see their full yoga schedule + float tank schedule as well.  For sure let the ladies know you’re members of CFI!https://www.cedarandsage.ca/
