In September of 2015 CrossFit Games Athlete Jenny LaBaw set out on a 500 mile run across Colorado to raise money + awareness for Epilepsy!Jenny herself was diagnosed with Epilepsy when she was just 8 years old.After being inspired by a documentary she had a watched on Terry Fox, her Move Mountains journey was born!Jenny completed the 500 mile journey on October 19th, 2015.  Each day during her journey, we had members of CrossFit Indestri run.  For buy ins + cash outs to accumulate 500 miles together, + raises money to support Jenny.On October 19th, 2016 Jenny created a Move Mountains WOD to continue to create awareness + support. Every year we at CFI join in + do Move Mountains to continue to support Jenny + Epilepsy awareness!This past Saturday Coach Sarah continued with the tradition for the Saturday partner WODs!Together we truly can Move Mountains!
