CrossFit Indestri Endurance is a free program we have offered to both members and non-members alike for the past two summers which have included both Wednesday Night track nite sessions at the CCI Track, and swimming sessions at the Centennial Pool (the pool sessions costs the pool lane swim fee).Anyone who is looking to come out for a little extra endurance at our CrossFit Indestri Endurance Track Nite's again this spring/summer, we're offering a Learn to Run clinic at CFI on Wednesday, Feb 28th at 7:30pm.
The clinic will be limited to the first 20 people, based on space. Sign up now to ensure you reserve your space as it's already starting to fill up!**You must sign in on zenplanner in order to attend this clinic.**There are only 5 spaces left!
We're also looking at holding a 'Learn to Swim' clinic if there's interest. UG Series is just 5 months away, and we're happy to help get everyone ready. Or just for anyone who is looking to be more efficient in the water.
