Last Saturday I (Jen) watched a few of the Facebook LiveStreams that Progenex was sharing from Wodapalooza. One of my favourites was CrossFit Legend, Chris Spealler. Not only is Chris a true legend in the sport of CrossFit, and extremely knowledgable, but he's also a really good guy! I've had the pleasure of meeting him a number of times.Chris has been doing CrossFit for over a decade, while he has retired from the competition side of CrossFit, Chris is still very much involved in CrossFit, an affiliate owner and coach of CrossFit Park City, a member of HQ seminar staff and remains a CrossFit athlete. Chris spoke about Identifying YOUR Why!
Do you know your why?
Chris's why, has changed in the past few years. Going from a multiple time Reebok CrossFit Games athlete, to a retired CF Games athlete, he had to rediscover his why! From training to try to win the CrossFit Games, to training so he can be active and healthy with his family. We all have our own reason for doing CrossFit. Have you ever identified your why?
