Double Unders

Double unders can be tricky for many people.  So how can we help you get them?  By having you do them!That's the truth, the only way to ever get better at double unders is to keep doing them, that and look into getting your own rope, to ensure you use the same rope every time.There's a great video on our FB page of Coach Steph, coaching double under drills and technique. If you get a chance go and look it up.  Because we haven't yet figured out how to embed a FB live video on here, you can also check out these videos with Dan Bailey and Chris Spealler, on double unders!Remember, keep trying them!  Don't just opt for single unders during a WOD, because you think you can't do them, attempt DU's and count your attempted reps!Lastly relax!!  Doubles are a single with just an extra "flick" and a slightly higher jump…
