How is your resolution going?

Did you set a resolution for 2017?  We're now starting the third week of the new year, this is a good time to circle back, check any resolutions you had set and evaluate how it's going.  Have you set yourself up for success?

CrossFit Indestri's Resolutions

We made some of our own resolutions at the gym.  Two of them being;

  • Have our members sign in to ZenPlanner for classes
  • Have our members keep track of their training. Write everything down

So far so good.  Everyone is getting much better at signing in to class on ZenPlanner.  For anyone still unable to sign in, speak with Jen or Steph and we can set you up with a new login.   We're also seeing a lot more log books around being filled out!  It's important to keep track of your progress!   There are still a handful of log books available at the gym if you need one.
