Level 4

A couple years ago we implemented levels into our programming.  Keeping in mind not every level is a one size fits all.  Sometimes you might be doing the weights in Level 3, the “RX” workout.  But you might do the level 1 option of ring rows instead of pull ups!Our levels are a guide to help you achieve your desired fitness level.Beginning next week we’ll introduce a Level 4 option into the programming.  Think of Level 4 like your RX+ or your Elite Level.It is always our goal that everyone is getting the same desired stimulus out of each workout.  After all, our needs differ by degree, not by kind!
