Reminder that this Saturday from 10:30am to 12:30pm Jenn Redding from ACUFX will be hosting a Cupping Workshop 101 in our facility.For those interested in helping themselves get over general aches and pains? The Traditional Chinese practise of Cupping can be a great fit. Cupping includes the easing of pain and inflammation, increases blood flow, helps with detoxification, relaxation and well-being and lastly it's the deepest deep tissue massage possible.This Cupping Workshop 101 will have you learning from Master trained and Cupping enthusiast Jennifer Redding (R.Ac). Jenn is registered with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturist of Ontario.You will learn how to use your very own silicone cups for quicker recovery, as well as to look after general aches and pains. This workshop includes background information on Cupping, 3 of your very own Cups and the proper knowledge in the skills involved in cupping your aches and pains.Cost to attend the workshop is $65. per person. Both members and non-members are welcome to sign up.We're thrilled to be able to have Jenn come in to offer this workshop, so please consider taking advantage of this opportunity especially if you have any areas that are bothersome.
