Get Together & Meet n' Greet
As mentioned in a couple pervious posts, we will be holding a CrossFit Indestri get together for members of Saturday, May 12th from 4pm until 7pm. We try to hold a few get togethers at the gym a few times a year as a way for members who attend different class times to meet, hang out, and get to know each other.It just so happens that 6x CrossFit Games Athlete Lucas Parker will be town that weekend to host his sold out Barbell Cycling Workshop at our facility the following day, and is more then happy to come meet and hang out with out crew for a few hours.We have created a FB event page, to try and get an idea of numbers for food! If you can let us know if you plan on attending please. Your significant other, and children are also more then welcome to attend.For those who missed out on signing up for the Barbell Cycling workshop, Lucas also has another workshop called, Virtuosity Workshop - geared towards doing the common, uncommonly well. We're looking at hosting this as well, at a later date. If you're interested in this, let Jen know please.
