An Experience

Wow, what a day.  From Grace for Grace, a super fun kids class, to an incredible hour with Carl Paoli + some Yoga to bring it all back down!It's been a trying time for everyone, we're doing everything within our power to give you the very best of us, + at least one hour a day to just let all the stresses go + move with us.  In some cases (like today) you have multiple options, from special guest coaches to yoga, or mobility, etc.We miss being physically in the same space as you.  But these last few days, with the classes set up were we can see you now, we love seeing your faces again + being able to interact with you.We've lined up some pretty cool classes for next week too, from regular class workouts, to more specialty classes, like yoga, mobility, + maybe even a new surprise, to other special guest coaches.Coaches like Danny Lehr, who we'll talk more about next week, but pencil Thursday, April 2nd at 2pm in to your schedule now.  Danny is going to be running us through an hour olympic lifting clinic, all you need is a broomstick, hockey stick, or if you have a happen to have barbell you could use that too.  Danny has worked with Games Athletes with broom sticks, so anything like that will work!  Seriously please don't miss this opportunity to work on your lifts with Danny!And more....  But we haven't shared their names yet, so it's still a surprise, we look forward to sharing very soon!For those of you who were on the live with Carl, comment below in the FB post of this, we want to hear what you thought?  Did you know who Carl was before?  Have you been to one of his workshops?  How did you enjoy the experience?  As he mentioned, he stopped coaching movement years ago, other than some of his own Freestyle workshops, so it was an extremely rare, + cool experience that he came out of retirement just for us!  We hope you got some take aways from it, that Carl made you think, + that you enjoyed the opportunity.Check the schedule on zenplanner soon, for the weekend classes!Stay Safe, Stay Healthy, Stay Active, Stay Fit, Stay Home!We'll see you in the next virtual class!
