Great Post
The CrossFit Games page recently put out a great post titled "Fueling the Open". The post isn't just true for the open thou, it can also be reflected for everyday life.We live in a world now where we want instant gratification. Mircowaves heat our food faster then cooking on the stove, emails are a faster communication then mailing a hand written letter. We look for the quick fix, far too often. The same can be said more often than not when it comes to our training and nutrition.
"Open performance—and health in general—depends on three things: hard work, consistent training and what’s in your kitchen." Becky Harsh, a CrossFit Seminar Staff member, a Certified CrossFit Coach (CF-L4), and the owner of CrossFit Beaver Menace in Castle Rock, Colorado, said the foundation of health and performance is always real food.
