For those who follow our instagram page (hopefully all of you) this was posted yesterday:

The needs of a 39 year old male + the needs of a 71 year old female differ by degree not by kind!

The beauty of what we do, is that both attend the exact same class, + do the same workout. Granted sometimes you may see some scales or modifications to ensure that both athletes are getting a similar stimulus. But one of the beautiful things about CrossFit is that it’s inclusive.

Whether your training for a sport, recovering from an injury or just training for life, + whether your a professional athlete or a grandparent, our programming is both functional + inclusive!

For any of you who ever use the washroom on the small gym side, you will have seen the Greg Glassman quote on the wall. "Our needs differ by degree not kind." It's a great quote + very true!
