We Notice

 To the member that pulls themselves out of bed in the morning to make there way to the gym in those early hours of the day when the sun has not yet woken up... we notice.
To the member who takes the time to wipe down everyones bars... we notice.
To the member who asks the coach to be dismissed from class before leaving the gym floor... we notice.
To the member who has the same routine everyday... we notice.
To the member that walks into the gym after having the worst day... we notice.
To the member ensuring and double checking that they have sign into class each time they come in... we notice.
To the member that brings in lightbulbs to change one that is out... we notice.
To the member that stays at the end of a late night to make sure our female coaches get into there car safely... we notice.
To the member the shovels the snow outside and puts salt down... we notice.
To the member that goes around to high five everyone in the class after the WOD… we notice.
This list can go on and on……….
We notice each and everything that you, our members do everyday you come in the box.  Please know that while we are an hour of your day (sometimes a little longer! ;)) you are our whole day!  We love and appreciate each and every unique thing you bring to our box.  We love hearing about your kids hockey games, your employment, your spouses and your life good or bad.
To us you are a part of our family.  We truly care about you and we notice each and everything you do for yourself, the gym, and others.  Be proud of yourselves because you're all amazing human beings and we are thrilled we have the opportunity to train you!
