Why Not Finish like We started the week..
Like we stated earlier this Month we are going to take on some of our regular tradition Hero workouts ( like Murph) as well as add in some new ones to keep our understanding of CrossFit and its benchmarks growing.So.. Yes I know we did a hero on Monday so if you need to scale today, do so or if you need a rest day take one. If you feel good and want to get into a longer WOD then come on in and pay some respects to a fallen hero while increasing your fitness.
